This is a somewhat whimsical take on the Cadillac photograph in the collection. I used the single image to create multitude of identical objects, creating a kaleidoscopic effect. The circular arrangement exhibits symmetry and the repetition of patterns gives a sense of unity and cohesiveness.
I began my photography career doing feature stories for local newspapers and magazines in Michigan. I have also done commercial studio and public relations work. But I always looked for creative imagery and image-making techniques, even while I was doing assignment work. I attended every seminar I could, and read dozens of books by creative professionals over the years. The work I am presenting here is a result of that constant search to capture and share what I see and experience and create. It is a never-ending passion.
