Artist's Description
Three birds are flying over a body of water with a colorful sky at twilight in the background, and mountains can be seen on the horizon. This is a composite of 4 photographs of the mountains, ocean, clouds and birds in flight. I applied a subtle digital oil painting effect in the final image.

I began my photography career doing feature stories for local newspapers and magazines in Michigan. I have also done commercial studio and public relations work. But I always looked for creative imagery and image-making techniques, even while I was doing assignment work. I attended every seminar I could, and read dozens of books by creative professionals over the years. The work I am presenting here is a result of that constant search to capture and share what I see and experience and create.
