Description
I was taking some photos for an article on the Amish in Northern Indiana many decades ago. I was on the second level of a barn that was being used for a livestock auction, and saw these two men engaged in a conversation. There was a large opening between us where below the horses and cattle were being herded onto the auction stage. It was very dim lighting, soI set the camera on the opposite railing and was able to capture this candid photo. I used some subtle digital painting effects in the final rendition.
